1 | c. | Celery, chopped |
6 | Tbsp. | Olive Oil |
2 | Tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
2 | tsp. | Grated Lemon Rind |
4 | Tbsp. | Fresh Dill, chopped |
4 | Fresh Salmon Steaks (about 2 pounds) |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine the celery, oil, lemon juice, lemon rind, and dill in a frying pan. Saute over moderate heat for 2 minutes. The celery should stay crisp Place the steaks in a shallow baking pan. Pour the mixture over the fish. Cover the dish with foil and bake 20-30 minutes.
