Salmon Pilaf

Celery, sliced or diced |

Salmon |

Tbsp. |
Kikkoman Soy Sauce |

10 oz |
bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables |
- Drain oil or juice from canned salmon into a saucepan
- Add onion, celery and mixed vegetables
- Cook until vegetables are tender, but not brown.
- Add Salmon, chunked (which has been cleaned of skin and bones)
- Add Rice and Kikkoman
- Stir gently, cooking slowly until thoroughly mixed and heated.
- Serve immediately in pre-warmed dishes.
- Serves 6 or more.
