Salmon on the Grill

My younger son's (Craig) creation...

Salmon Fillets |
|
|
Mayonnaise |
|
|
Lemon Pepper |
|
|
Brown Sugar |
|
|
Grated Parmesan |
- Spread a thin coat of mayonnaise over the top of the fillets
- Sprinkle with Lemon Pepper
- Lightly sprinkle with Brown Sugar
- Cover with grated Parmesan
- Wrap in foil and put on hot grill for about 12-15 minutes until done
