Picante Catfish

catfish fillets

16 oz jar
picante sauce
6
oz
Monterey Jack cheese grated
Place 4 catfish fillets in a microwave dish. Cover leaving a vent.
Microwave on high for 10 minutes rotating dish occasionally.
Microwave uncovered for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
