Pepper-Crusted Maple Glazed Salmon

Maple Syrup

Soy Sauce

Salmon Fillets
1/2
c.
course ground black pepper
1
tsp.
Salt
Mix maple syrup and soy sauce, place fillets in marinade (marinate from 4 to 24 hours) turning salmon often.
Pat black pepper on top of salmon,
Bake at 500 for 7 mins. or grill.
