Parmesan Herb Fillets

fish fillets, patted dry |

light mayonnaise |

parmesan cheese, grated |

green onions, chopped |

red bell pepper, chopped |

cayenne pepper to taste |

dry bread crumbs |

dried basil |

pepper to taste |
- Place fish fillets in a single layer in bottom of greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Set aside.
- In a small bowl; stir together mayonnaise, cheese, onions, pepper and cayenne. Spread mixture evenly over fish.
- In separate bowl; combine bread crumbs, basil and pepper; sprinkle over top of fish. Bake in preheated 400 F oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork.
