Oysters Mosca (Baus' Recipe)

Italian Bread Crumbs |

toe Minced Garlic |
1/3 |
c. |
Parmesan Cheese |
2 |
Tbsp. |
Parsley, chopped |

Salt and Pepper to taste |

Olive Oil |
Drain Oysters.
Mix bread crumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Coak the oysters in this mixture and place in a baking pan or
square 8" casserole.
Drizzle Olive Oil over oysters to moisten.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
