Salmon Steaks | ||
1/2 | tsp. | Garlic Salt |
Parmesan Cheese | ||
1/2 | c. | Wesson Oil |
Bread Crumbs |
Mix garlic salt into Wesson Oil. Roll steaks or fillets in grated parmesan cheese. Place salmon steaks in the oil and let set for a few minutes being sure to coat each side. Roll salmon Steaks in fine unseasoned bread crumbs. Bake on a cookie sheet in the middle of the oven at 500 degrees for 14 minutes. Turn salmon steaks over halfway through cooking time.
