New England Stuffed Flounder

Flounder Fillets
Salt and Pepper

6oz. frozen King Crab, thawed, drained and shredded

can
Cream Mushroom Soup
1
c
frozen Peas
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper and top with Crab.
Roll up like a jelly rol and place into a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
Mix the soup and peas together, pour over fish rolls.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the fish flakes
