Neptune Oysters

Oysters, very small |

Eggs |

slices cooked Bacon |

Butter |
- Saute oysters in butter, do not burn
- Set oysters on dish
- Beat eggs well. Pour into cleaned, curved side fry pan.
- Melt one pat butter in it first
- Set burner on low, drop cooked oysers into eggs. Top with cooked bacon.
- Put pan in oven and bake 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Makes one big serving.
