From the Kitchen of: Pepper
Mahimahi is a fish that used to be called "dolphin" or "dolphinfish", but is not a real dolphin. Mahimahi means "strong-strong" in the Hawaiian language, but that's a reference to its strength, not its taste! Mahi flesh is mild, white and flaky - and extremely versatile. It's great on the grill or baked.
