A beautifully colored dish. You can use the food processor to grate the ginger, mince the garlic, and cut up the carrots and green onions.
3 | Tbsp. | Butter or Margarine |
3 | tsp. | fresh Ginger, finely grated |
3 | tsp. | Garlic, minced |
1/4 | lb. | Carrots, pared; cut into 2" sections |
3 | oz/ | Snow Peas, strings removed, cut diagonally |
3 | Green Onions, cut into 3" long pieces | |
3/4 | lb. | Fresh Crabmeat or frozen crabmeat(thawed) |
2 | Tbsp. | Lime Juice |
Salt and freshly Ground Pepper to taste |
