Capsized Kippered Salmon

5 | lbs | Salmon |
2 | tbsp | Garlic powder |
2 | C | Brown sugar |
3/4 | C | Salt |
1 | sm bottle | Liquid smoke |
- Bone salmon and cut in chunks. Sprinkle the formula over the salmon. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, being sure to capsize the salmon at least a few times in the four hours.
- Rinse sugar and salt off fish. Put in greased pan and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Then enjoy!
