Grilled Tuna with Lime Juice

Tuna Steaks 1-1/2" thick |

Limes, halved |
- Prepare barbecue (medium high heat)
- Place tuna on grill
- Cook to the desired degree of doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Cut tuna into 1" wide strips
- Place on a small platter.
- Squeeze juice from the limes over steaks.
- Serves 8
