Grilled Orange and Bourbon Salmon

This marinade works well for chicken also.

low-sodium Soy Sauce |
1/4 |

packed Brown Sugar |
1/4 |

Green Onion, chopped |

Tbsp. |
chopped, fresh Chives |

fresh Lemon Juice |

cloves Garlic, chopped |
4 | 6 oz | Salmon Fillets (about 1" thick) |
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bad and add the salmon fillets to the bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
Prepare grill or broiler.
Reemove salmon from bag, reserving marinade
Place salmon on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with reserve marinade.
