Tried this one a few nights ago with applause from the wife!

1/2 | lb | #7 Linguine |
1/2 | green bell pepper, diced | |
1 | medium tomato, seeded and diced | |
6 | mushrooms, sliced | |
1 | stick celery, diced | |
1 | tsp | Paul Prudhomes Seafood Seasoning |
2 | tbsp | olive oil |
2 | tbsp | butter or margerine |
