Halibut Fish Steaks

Bread Crumbs |

Parmesan Cheese |

chopped Parsley |
- Wash and Dry Steaks, rub with oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Place in shallow pan.
- Sprinkle with garlic, green onions, oregano.
- Add water.
- Mix crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over fish.
- Bake uncovered 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
- Serve with Parsley
