Paprika |
- Rice may be made ahead of time, following directions on box.
- For cheese sauce, melt butter and cheese over medium heat. Add wine and soy sauce and
flour to thicken, then add remaining ingredients. More milk may be added if too thick.
- Line bottom of baking dish with cooked rice, spread a thin layer of cheese sauce over
top.
- Lay lightly salted flillets in next and crumble crab over top.
- Add remaining sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
