Crab Cakes

From the Kitchen of: Pat

  • CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Mix together all ingredients, except crabmeat, in a medium sized bowl.
  • Fold crabmeat in gently.
  • Shape into 8 crab cakes.
  • To broil, preheat broiler. Sprinkle crab cakes with paprika and place on lightly oiled baking sheet.
  • Broil 4-6 inches away for the heat until golden brown.
  • MICROWAVE: Only use 1/2 tablespoon oil to brush on large flat plate. Microwave for 2 minutes on high to heat oil. Place cakes on plate, sprinkle with paprika and microwave for 7 minutes on high.
  • Yields 4 servings, 2 cakes each. 351 calories per serving.
