1 | C. | Swiss Cheese, Shredded |
1 | unbaked 9" Pie Shell | |
1 | can | Crabmeat, drained (or 1 c. fresh) |
2 | Green Onions, sliced | |
3 | Eggs, Beaten | |
1 | c. | Light Cream (lowfat- use skim milk) |
1/2 | tsp. | Salt |
1/2 | tsp. | Lemon Peel |
1/4 | tsp. | Dry Mustard |
1/4 | c. | Sliced Almonds |
Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie shell. Top with flaked crab and onions. Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel and dry mustard. Pour over Crabmeat. Top with Almonds Bake 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
