CRAB CASSEROLE
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
1 | lb. | lump crab meat (drained) |
1-1/2 | cups | Hellmans mayonnaise |
1 | cup | half and half |
1 | | egg |
1 | cup | croutons |
3 | tbl. | strained capers |
- Mix mayonnaise and half and half together; beat egg in; add
crabmeat, croutons, and capers.
- Put in casserole dish and sprinkle heavily over top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Serves 6.
