Coconut Shrimp

Shredded Coconut |

Shrimp, shelled and cleaned |
- Pour oil into large fryer. Heat to 375 degrees.
- Mix together flour and beer until it makes a batter.
- Coat shrimp in batter then roll in coconut.
- Fry shrimp in small batches, about 2-3 minutes or until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
- *note: Alcohol cooks out of beer at high temperatures.
- Garnish with Orange Slices
