Cheesy Clam Fritters

Whole Kernel Corn

c.
Minced Clams ( 2 - 6 1/4 oz cans)
1 1/2
c.
Cheddar Cheese, grated

Tbsp.
Melted Butter
3
Tbsp.
Flour
2
Eggs (separated)
Mix corn, clams, cheese, butter, flour and egg yolks together.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
Drop by large spoonfuls into hot oil, heated to 375 degrees.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
