Charbroiled Salmon

Soy Sauce |

Red Wine |

Brown Sugar |

Salmon Steaks |
Combine all ingredients except the salmon. Put into large zip lock bag.
Shake vigorously to mix all ingredients.
Add the salmon Steaks, squeeze out the excess air and reseal. Refrigerate.
Turn frequently to be sure all sides are marinated for at least 3 hours or more.
Cook on a hot grill approximately 5 minutes per side or until fish is not glossy inside. Baste often with extra marinade as grilling.
Serve with Lemon and decorate with parsley and paprika
