Charbroiled Salmon

From the Kitchen of: Happy

  • Combine all ingredients except the salmon. Put into large zip lock bag.
  • Shake vigorously to mix all ingredients.
  • Add the salmon Steaks, squeeze out the excess air and reseal. Refrigerate.
  • Turn frequently to be sure all sides are marinated for at least 3 hours or more.
  • Cook on a hot grill approximately 5 minutes per side or until fish is not glossy inside. Baste often with extra marinade as grilling.
  • Serve with Lemon and decorate with parsley and paprika
