Baked Salmon Fillet
From the Kitchen of:
Jeanne of Juneau, Alaska

Salmon Fillet, 2-3 lbs.

Tbsp.
Butter, sliced
1
C.
Stuffed Green Olives, sliced
1
Tbsp.
Parsley, chopped
1
Lime
Place Salmon Fillet on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil.
Salt, pepper and squeeze Lime on the filet
Liberally cover fillet with mayonnaise.
Put butter slices, sliced olives on top and sprinkle with parsley.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Turn off. Put salmon in oven and leave it for 30 minutes. Do not open oven door during this time.
