Stuffed Barbecued Trout

mushrooms |

butter |

minced onion |

bread crumbs |

graded Parmesan cheese |

- Clean the trout. Debone if possible, but leave fish intact
- Sauté mushrooms and onions with the butter
- Add remaining ingredients and mix. Add water if needed to moisten the mixture
- Stuff each trout and use a wooden skewer to close the opening
- Grill fish 5 to 10 minutes on each side, until the trout is easily flaked but still
moist
