Batters
From the Kitchen of: Tyshee
Two excellent batters for fish or seafood's
Beer Batter |

Krusteaz brand pancake flour |

Budweiser beer |
- The easiest and one of the best batters
- Just mix the two ingredients together to desired consistency but do not remove all lumps
- Thinner batter gives less crust -- thicker batter a heavier crust
- Use cubes of halibut, cod or salmon and deep fry. Serve with tartar sauce or cocktail
sauce
- This recipe never fails as long as the cooking temperature is right and the fish pieces
not too thick. There is no need to add salt as the batter seasons the fish well
- Used in many restaurants
