Baked Salmon

Salmon Steaks |

Lemon Juice |

dried whole Dill weed |

dried Parsley Flakes |

Pepper |
- Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
- Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray; brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle evenly with
dill weed, parsley and pepper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Yield: 4 steaks
