1/2 | lb. | Pan fish Fillets (perch, trout, or whitefish) |
4 | tsp. | grated Parmesan Cheese |
1/2 | tsp. | Dill Weed |
Place fish in a 10" pie plate that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and dill. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 2
Diabetic Exchanges: One serving (prepared with perch) equals 3 very lean meat. also, 119 calories, 131 mg. sodium, 104 mg. cholesterol, 0 carbohydrates, 23 gm protein, 2 gm fat.
