Whisk the eggs until smooth, add the salt, pepper and salsa.
Melt butter in a skillet and saute the onions, parsley and broccoli for about
two minutes.
Pour seasoned eggs over the veggies and cook slowly raising the edges with a
spatula allowing the uncooked eggs to run under to cook, then start to scramble
very slowly spreading the diced ham evenly over the top when almost done.
Remove from heat when just done and slide onto a warm platter.
