1 | cup | skim milk |
1/4 | cup | Egg Beaters, or 1 large egg |
2 | Tbsp | Smart Choice, melted |
1/4 | cup | crushed pineapple (no sugar added), drained |
1/2 | cup | walnuts, minced |
Pam Non-stick Cooking Spray, butter flavor | ||
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine flour, Splenda, and baking powder and set aside.
