Vonnie's Breakfast Casserole

ham (thinly sliced)

ex sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

Swiss cheese (grated)

pepper jack cheese (grated)

bread (crisply toasted)
Spray a 9"x13"x2" casserole dish with butter flavored nostick spray.
Cut the toasted bread into small cubes and cover the bottom of the casserole dish.
Place the slices of ham over the toasted cubes.
Sprinkle the cheeses over the ham.
Beat the eggs, add the milk, salt and pepper and pour over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve while hot.
Serves 6 to 8
May be made day before and refrigerated overnight.
