Cut ends off Jalapeno peppers and hollow out with a spoon.
Stuff the grated cheese into the peppers.
Wrap each of the peppers in a sausage pattie. Be sure to cover the pepper entirely.
Dip each wrapped pepper in the beaten egg and then roll in Bisquick and the Shake 'n Bake.
Place the armadillo eggs on an ungreased baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350
degrees.
Note: Always handle any kind of hot peppers with vinyl gloves to avoid burning your skin.
Be careful not to touch your face or eyes while working with any kind of hot peppers.
