Swiss Cheese and Bacon Quiche

Very quick and easy and so good.

bacon
1/2
C
biscuit mix
1/3
C
melted margarine or butter
1-1/2
C
milk

eggs
dash
salt and pepper

C
Swiss cheese, shredded
Fry the bacon very crisp and crumble.
Beat eggs, biscuit mix, melted margarine or butter and salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour into a 9 inch pie plate or square pan.
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and cheese over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (until golden brown).
