Combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs and flour in bowl. Mix well.
Thaw and drain the spinach. When well drained fold into the egg mixture.
Pour into the pastry shell. Place foil around the edge of the shell to prevent over
browning. Remove the foil after 25 minutes to allow the edge to become golden brown.
Bake in 400 degree oven approximately 45 minutes...or until top is puffy and lightly
brown.
