Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet and saute the onion until just clear.
Add the green pepper and continue to saute until the pepper turns bright green, then add the
mushrooms and continue to saute until the mixture looks juicy.
Beat the eggs with the water until fluffy and add the Worcestershire, Mrs Dash seaoning and
pepper (optional). Blend well and pour over the vegetables in the skillet.
Add the cheese and stir until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot with your favorite breakfast meat and toast.
