Eggs, beaten

Milk

Flour

Baking powder

tsp
Salt

Cooking oil
Combine all ingredients and beat well. Pour enough of the batter into a heated skillet, about ¼ inch deep. Let brown lightly; stirring until done through.
Serve with syrup or honey.
Serves 4 to 6.
(These taste like pancakes, but are really fluffy.)
