Easy Morning Scrambled Eggs

water

broccoli, minced
1 jar
2 oz.
pimiento, canned
1
Tbsp
butter

tsp
extra virgin olive oil

Tbsp
extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat the butter and oil and saute the broccoli until soft. Add the pimiento and mix well.
Beat the eggs with the water until fluffy and lemon colored and add to the skillet...scramble stirring constantly until no liquid is visible.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the eggs.
Serve while hot.
