Having a crowd for Sunday morning, this recipe is wonderful. You can bake up to four at a time in most ovens. If you don't have time to make your own pie crusts, just use the frozen ones from your supermarket. Not quite as good as homemade but they get you out of the kitchen in a hurry so you can enjoy your guests.
