Having a crowd for Sunday morning, this recipe is wonderful. You can bake up to four at a time in most ovens. If you don't have time to make your own pie crusts, just use the frozen ones from your supermarket. Not quite as good as homemade but they get you out of the kitchen in a hurry so you can enjoy your guests.

1	9"	Pie shell
1/2	lb	Bulk sausage
1	C	Sharp Cheddar cheese grated
1	sm	Onion, grated
1	tbsp	Flour
1	lg can	Pet milk
2	lg	Eggs
5	sprigs	Fresh parsley, finely chopped

• Brown sausage and drain. Place in the pie shell.
• Sprinkle with grated cheese, flour and onion on top.
• Beat eggs with the milk and pour over the mixture in the pie shell.
• Sprinkle the chopped parsley over top.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
