The cookbook says there are only .02 grams of carbs in this recipe, which is one serving. These eggs are really different and good.

Serve while hot for breakfast or brunch.
Prepare two eggs for each person to be served. You can fry six eggs (12 halves) in a 10" skillet. Enough to serve 6 to 8 people.
