Orange Tipsy French Toast

Eggs lightly beaten

Light cream
pinch of
Salt

tbsp
Triple Sec liqueur

tbsp
Maple syrup
1
tsp
Grated orange rind
1/2
tsp
Grated nutmeg

baguette
French bread, thinly sliced
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the bread slices. Soak bread in liquid mixture until all has been absorbed, turning the sliced once.
Cook on a hot griddle in cooking oil, turning to brown both sides.
Serve with syrup and butter.
