Sauce may also be used with ground beef and steaks
1/2 | lb | Fresh mushrooms, sliced |
2 | tbsp | Corn oil margarine |
1 | tbsp | Flour |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/4 | tsp | Beef flavor base |
1/2 | C | Water |
1/2 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
Sauté mushrooms in margarine. Blend in flour, salt and beef flavor base. Add water and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Serve over Puffy Omelet.
