This recipe is absolutely delicious and so easy to make.

2	4 oz cans	mild green chiles, finely chopped
2	cups	milk
4	cups	grated cheese (your choice)
4	large	eggs
1	cup	Bisquick

• Sprinkle chiles nnd cheese in a 10 inch pie plate.
• Blend milk, Bisqick and eggs in a blender until smooth.
• Pour over cheese and chiles.
• Bake at 425 F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.

• Best served very hot.
