1 | C | Egg substitute, thawed |
3 | tbsp | Corn oil margarine |
Spread slices of bread with 4 teaspoons margarine. Top with chicken slices, tomato slices and salt to taste. Top with remaining bread slices. Heat 3 tbsp. margarine in skillet over medium low heat. Dip sandwiches lightly in egg substitute and coat evenly. Grill on both sides. Cut and serve hot.
