Finnish Pancakes

8 | lg | Eggs |
1 | qt | Fresh milk |
3 to 4 | tbsp | Sugar |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | C | Flour |
1/4 | lb | Butter |
- Melt 1/4 lb. butter in pan 12"x16". Mix milk and eggs thoroughly with beater; then add sugar, salt, and flour. Pour mixed batter over melted butter. Bake in 450° oven for 20-23 minutes.
- Cut recipe in half for 9"x13" pan. Cut recipe in thirds for 8"x8" pan.
- Serve with maple syrup, jelly, or butter.
