Easter Egg Casserole

hard cooked eggs, shelled

tbsp
sweet relish
4
tbsp
mayonnaise
prepared mustard to taste
2
pkg
prepared white sauce
2
cups
grated mellow cheese
Split eggs and remove yolks.
In a small dish, combine yolks, relish, mayonaise and mustard.
Stuff eggs with yolk mixture and place in a large pyrex baking dish.
Pour prepared white sauce over all.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F. until cheese is melted and bubbly.
