Denver Omelet

onion, chopped

green bell pepper, chopped

ham, chopped

bacon, chopped

eggs
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
pepper
3
drops
Tobasco
4
slices
buttered toast
In a hot skillet, melt butter. Saute onion, bell pepper, ham and bacon.
In a small bowl, whip eggs lightly. Add the salt and pepper. Add eggs to sauteed items and let brown on one side. Flip over and brown the other side.
Serve hot with hot buttered toast.
Makes 4 servings.
