Delicious Scrambled Eggs

Pepper

Onion, finely chopped

Mushrooms, sliced (may be fresh or canned)

Eggs

Water
Pinch
Marjoram
Salt & pepper to taste

Cheese, shredded
Cook onion in butter until golden brown.
Add mushrooms and saute for a few minutes.
Break eggs into bowl and add 2 tablespoons water. Beat lightly.
Pour egg mixture over onions and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with pinch of marjoram, salt and pepper and scramble slowly. >li>Add shredded cheese just before serving.
Serves 4
