Butter, melted

Dry mustard
Chopped ham (optional)
Chopped green chili's (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Butter a baking dish. Layer dish with bread and cheese, ending with cheese. (If using chopped ham and/or chili's they may be layered into the bread and cheese for variety.)
Combine milk, eggs, melted butter and mustard in blender for about 10 seconds. Pour over bread/cheese mixture and refrigerate overnight.
Bake until firm in the center, about 45 to 60 minutes.
