Comments: This is a Christmas tradition in our family. I can put it together the day before. On Christmas morning I put it on to cook while we're opening presents - warm up some muffins and serve with cream cheese and orange juice and we have a marvelous Christrmas Brunch with no effort - and everyone loves it.

9 | Eggs, beaten | |
3 | C | Milk |
1½ | tsp | Dry mustard |
1 | tsp | Salt |
3 | slices | Bread, cut into 1/4 inch cubes |
1½ | C | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
