Comments: This is a Christmas tradition in our family. I can put it together the day before. On Christmas morning I put it on to cook while we're opening presents - warm up some muffins and serve with cream cheese and orange juice and we have a marvelous Christrmas Brunch with no effort - and everyone loves it.

1½	lbs	Bulk sausage
9		Eggs, beaten
3	C	Milk
1½	tsp	Dry mustard
1	tsp	Salt
3	slices	Bread, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1½	C	Cheddar cheese, shredded

• Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble. Drain well on paper towels.
• Combine sausage and other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into well greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
• Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

  Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
